Wrapping up 2025 with gratitude & starting 2026 with growth

Starting 2026 with gratitude & growth

Reflecting on 2025 I've realized how lucky I am to wake up and do what I love everyday for work. I see anywhere between 30-40 clients each week, in person and online. I get to help people show up to their lives with confidence through lifting heavy things and nourishing themselves with high quality foods.

Some wins from 2025:

  • Maintaining a full client load - working full time for myself is one of the most rewarding things I have experienced and I will never take that for granted.
  • Helping 40+ in-person and online clients get stronger through another year!
  • Helping 20+ clients improve their nutrition, change their body composition, and develop a lifestyle that they can maintain for life.
  • Another successful year of Club Kettlebell workouts & watching members train consistently, all while having fun with their workouts!

Goals for 2026:

  • Improve my consistency in my email newsletters - my goal is to send you fitness and nutrition strategies and freebies each month, share client wins, and share updates on opportunities to work together.
  • Grow my online offerings - aside from nutrition coaching, my goal is to grow my online offers, including pre & post natal training options, strength training from home options, and gym programs.
  • Transition from Pittsburgh to Cleveland training in-person again! If you haven't heard, we've moving, AGAIN. This time, back to Cleveland, and hopefully for awhile! I am extremely sad leaving my clients here in Pittsburgh, some of them whom I've worked with for 3 years! That being said, a huge focus of my time this year will be figuring out my next steps in training in Cleveland come fall 2026.

If you're new here, welcome! And if you've been here awhile, I am grateful for your continued support, whether you are an old or current client, follow me on social, or simply just read my newsletters. Thank YOU.

Hey there, It's been a minute since I've shared an update or email with you all. This winter has been a season of both busyness and rest. As spring approaches with warmer weather and more light I am also feeling more lively - I am sure you can relate! That being said, I am back with a new seasonal goal to share helpful resources and information with you all once a week. My goal is to make these emails helpful, resourceful, and full of education. Therefore, I thought it would be fitting to...

One of the biggest things I like to help my nutrition clients see is that food does not have to be fancy, beautiful, or take a long time to prepare. Food is FUEL. Our meals don't have to include super fancy ingredients, and we're not food bloggers so who cares how they look? I wanted to share one of my go-to recipes that is high protein, time-efficient, and delicious: my spin on Asian lettuce wraps. I usually keep ground meat in my freezer to pull out in the AM if I need something quick to...

Leftover turkey? Try this recipe ⬇️ Let's be honest - Thanksgiving turkey is everyone's least favorite Thanksgiving dish. BUT it's high in protein and very good for you. Every year when I have leftover turkey I make a big pot of White Turkey Chili. It's a similar recipe to White Chicken Chili, but with, you guessed it, turkey instead. Adding your leftover turkey to soup makes it flavorful + way less dry than the standard T giving dish. Scroll down for the recipe! Ingredients 2 tablespoons...
