One of the biggest things I like to help my nutrition clients see is that food does not have to be fancy, beautiful, or take a long time to prepare.
Food is FUEL.
Our meals don't have to include super fancy ingredients, and we're not food bloggers so who cares how they look?
I wanted to share one of my go-to recipes that is high protein, time-efficient, and delicious: my spin on Asian lettuce wraps.
I usually keep ground meat in my freezer to pull out in the AM if I need something quick to cook later on, and the rest of the ingredients are staples that are pretty much always stocked in my pantry or in the fridge.

BONUS: I usually add a veggie on the side for more fiber and nutrients. I love sauteed or air-fryer broccoli and it's super easy, but add your favorites!
